I was a former E-mail Support AGent. Encoding, modification,cancellation,refunding ,and resolving customers issues was my responsibilities.
I am also knowledgeable to used a specific software (TOA PreCut) in creating particular structure design of a Japanese House. I have worked in a Japanese company. I was assigned
to analyze,estimate,encode and to check different house plan everyday.Although it was quite far from the degree I've earned in college, I still have done my job well.
I have also wrote some articles for a certain person. I love writing and expressing myself.
