Throughout my more than eighteen years of experience in HR, I have developed expertise primarily in Organizational Development, Training, Policy Formulation, and Performance Management. I am very much adept in writing policies and procedures including job descriptions and competency models. I have developed not just passion for training but also the necessary skills in doing Training Needs Analysis, Developing Training Curricula, and Evaluating Training Impact.
I have also been involved in ISO 9001:2000/2008 Certification projects. I am a Certified Lead Auditor. I have also worked as a Quality Management Representative. I have the capability to do the necessary documentation of Quality Manuals, Mandatory Procedures, and Process flows.
My interest in writing, Quality and HR gives me excellent opportunity to bring added value to any organization.
