Profile Description

I'm a highly skilled freelancer with a steep learning curve and a plethora of skills I've accumulated in the 15yrs I've been freelancing.

I've had 4 years of undergraduate college studying BS Computer Engineering so I'm quite proficient in different programming languages such as C, and ---------- . I freelanced as a programmer in college and is a fast learner. I know that the logic behind different programming languages is similar, they just have different syntax, so I can easily train myself to code in another language.

In between college, I stopped for a bit and worked for 3 BPO's for 3 years. 1 and a half years in Teleperformance where I was assigned as a Technical Support Specialist for Verizon DSL, a  year working for Convergys as a Technical Customer Service Representative for Microsoft, and half a year in Transcom for a business account Cbeyond. During that time, I've learned a lot about the internet, PC troubleshooting, using and troubleshooting different Microsoft software, and customer service.

I also have experience in building websites as a full-stack developer( PHP, Javascript, CSS, and HTML, WordPress, Cpanel, and Drupal). I worked for a bit in ---------- then as a freelancer for small businesses and some blogs. 
I am also proficient in multiple graphics, layout, and design software such as AutoCAD, Sketchup, Publisher Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator, and SAI. I worked as an Autocad Operator for a steel cabinet factory(Space Maximizer) and for a bit, we had a T-shirt business and you can find some of my designs  here:   ----------
I also have a Culinary Arts diploma and am highly knowledgeable in the F&B world. I worked in a hotel for a few months and I've freelanced as a private chef for multiple individuals for a few years. I've also worked as a consultant for a couple of newly opened restaurants and I was also the executive chef of Brick Kitchen Gastropub in 2017.

Currently, I am working as a Listing Support Specialist in Set Scouter while I moonlight as an on-call PC technician for a couple of local businesses. As a listing support specialist, my main task is to review and QA listings on our website. I tag the listings in the backend and write descriptions that ensure that these listings are easily searchable(SEO writing). I also moderate the messaging platform, write content for their Facebook groups, handle chat and email support, do research and lead generation, and help with some coding and database management.
