•Provide client support and resolution to technical issues on Email, Website hosting, Domain management.
•Assist clients in setting up emails on Outlook, Thunderbird, Mac OSX email client.
•Assist clients in managing their domain names, changing the name server settings and mail server settings of the domain.
•Provide support
in setting up websites and installing wordpress, joomla and other content management system softwares.
•Troubleshooting website issues and errors like error 400, 403, 404, 405 and etc.
•Provide support
in setting up database.
•Troubleshoot database connection errors and scripts.
•Provide support for Microsoft Exchange, MailXchange, Sharepoint and Ecommerce sites.
