I work as a
staff nurse before in a tertiary hospital, assigned in medical-surgical area. One of my job is to give health care instructions to my patients, like their diet plans, medication schedule, and most importantly the discharge instruction explained well and i will let the client demonstrate or talk about the plans on her own understanding, and if ever he will commit mistake, im there to correct it.
