My interest on computers and internet started when I was in elementary. I finished college with a degree of Bachelor of Science in Information Management. The course has provided me knowledge on information technology, business, marketing and accountancy.
I can work with Windows operated system programs such as Excel, Word & Power point; although I have also worked a few times with Mac and Linux OS. I am good at Internet research, data entry and presentation. On my idle times, I also do photo editing using Photoshop.
After graduation, I worked as a call center agent for technical support for Cisco-Linksys products. I was part of the sales team where Linksys clients invest for technical assistance on their out-of-warranty products. Later on, I become a part of the escalation team to where the 1st level technicians escalate their calls for advanced troubleshooting. Now, I am working with Supportrix, another account of the same company which I have worked with for the past 5 years. Supportrix provides support for a wide range of technology products to the consumer and Small-Medium-Business markets. With this, I was able to enhance my capability of giving technical assistance on different devices of different brands.
Working on a call center has not only improved my technical abilities but has also build-up my oral and written English skills. I learned how to work on real time, do multi-tasking, dealt with sales and have even developed a skill on fast typing. Giving customer satisfaction has also been one of my best assets as a call center agent.
“It definitely helped transform my business and take a significant load off for me.”
