Profile Description

I know a lot of MS Applications such as Word, Excel, and Powerpoint. I also know how to create a presentation. These are the skills I've acquired in school. After college, I worked as a caregiver for almost a year in a 24-hour care facility. i also have an experience working in a hospital as a health personnel. afterwards, I decided that I want to be in customer service so I work and has been as a call center agent since 2006. I was assisting customers in voice for six month. I take in inbound calls and assist
customers with their billing, programming, and technical concerns. After six months, I applied as a cyber response agent where I respond to emails from customers addressing their billing, programming, and technical issues. I still work as a cyber response agent (already in my 4th year) and I feel the need to do more. I want to be able to work home based and manage my own time.
Hence, I decided to post my skills here in hopes that I will soon find a job that fits my qualifications.
