Profile Description

I am a very dedicated person.I work with less supervision, maintaining the integrity of my work. I should say that I can very much work in a high-volume, high-pressured environment, and with a keen eye towards work details. My knowledge in the English language gained me a spot in two BPO industries (servicing UK clients), working as a Customer Service Representative for 10 months, and eventually promoted as part of the Offline Team (a division of Workforce Management [WFM]). With my experience, I am confident to say that I have gained more knowledge and I learned a lot in honing my skills, not just as a CSR, but also in terms of Microsoft tools (Excel, Word, PTT) and WFM tool (IEX).
