Working as a corporate secretary of a food and beverage company, I am responsible in all its office/paperworks. I even do some marketing for the stores. Also, I make the purchases for the company's commissary, responsible for outsourcing suppliers. In addition, I also prepare and make the company's payroll. Furthermore, I make most of the forms, especially the inventory forms, of each store.
I am knowledgeable in MS Word, Excel, Photoshop, and also an internet savvy.
I can somehow analyze financial statements.
