The 2 companies I worked for being a customer service specialist made my problem solving skills improved especially that 90% of my calls were billing calls. I assisted customers to figure out what made their cellphone and power bills high. 10% of those calls were assisting customers finding the best services in terms of calling minutes that fit to their daily needs and creating field orders that customers requested so the service crew will be the ones
to fix any electrical problems such as broken or exposed wires,brushing or tree trimming issues and what not.With the above mentioned skills I can work 6 hours a day 5 days a week.
