I have been with the call center industry since 2005. I have handled several US accounts such as the US Directory Assistance (411), CVS Pharmacy, AT & T High Speed Internet DSL, and Prudential Financial. The last one I handled was T-Mobile UK. Being in the call center industry for quite sometime now, I can say that I am fluent with the English language both in written and oral.
