Manages the daily office administration overseeing customer and employee reported physical facility concerns and timely issuance of work orders for staff or contractor’s action;
- Decreased operations expenses to 12% by careful monitoring all expense avenues and accounts specifically in office administrative supplies and equipments and strictly monitoring utility expenses;
- Manages a group of eight (8) major contractors and balancing all the building repair and maintenance as well as the grounds care including but not limited to landscaping and deep cleaning in timely and defensible management coping with operational yearly budget expenses both buildings and grounds; Assists Facility Manager in training contractors and customers for building and grounds cleaning and maintenance;
- Directs proper documentation and inventory management for all furnishings and equipments in all 37 locations both buildings and grounds and categorizing them for either due for replacements or for repair;
– assists in planning and organizing of immediate supervisor’s and staff’s meeting engagements, travel schedules and accommodation arrangements. Acts other Secretarial duties as outlined by supervisor.
