I used to work as an encoder for a local company in the Philippines wherein we deal w/ ICOMS, national geographic and US survey groups clients. I can type up to 50 words per minute w/ an accuracy of 98%. I also work as a customer service representative for 4 years now. I have technical background like troubleshooting computer and network issues. I'm very knowledgeable about computer hardware, assembly and reassembly of laptops and desktops, installation of Microsoft Windows XP, Vista and 7. I can also troubleshoot network connection problems, browser and all kinds of email clients issues. My customer service handling skill is also excellent. I can also talk about any kind of topic; I'm a fast learner and willing to be trained. I deal w/ confidential records most of the time.
