As a subject matter expert(SME) in the team its always my reponsibilty to do floor support to assist team members with any of their concern regarding customer service like e.g. , processes, policies and escalations. Part of my responsibility is to submit reports at the end of the shift and there are instances where in I need to take the lead and oversee team members in the absence of team manager.
