Profile Description

I am a hardworking father of three, a fast learner and very much interested to learn new things. I have both a good oral and an exceptional written communication skills. I can also work with minimal supervision
My last position held was a Client Support Specialist at The Gabriel Method, my task primarily includes email and live chat correspondence, Facebook ---------- and client ---------- to this I've held similar positions to different companies such as,Webinterpret, Chat Consultant and Red Pocket Mobile.  I am familiar with tools like, Asana, Freshdesk, Slack, Scheduleonce and Comm100. I also worked as a Customer Service Representative and a part time virtual Recruitment Resourcer for Redwolf Digital Media Recruitment my tasks includes email correspondence, data entry, research, administrative assistant and find right candidates for various vacant positions mostly on digital roles such as developers, designers and programmers. 
I believe I am qualified for the position, having been in a customer oriented businesses since the 1990's, to name a few, Makati Medical Center - a premier hospital here in the Philippines, my position there was as an out patient cashier and later as an accounting clerk who is in charge of employees' Social Security and benefits, also I had the privilege to work at HSBC or Hongkong Shanghai Bank as a Fraud Associate whose main task is to suspend fraudulent credit card accounts.I had also the opportunity to manage my own water refilling station for almost 5 years which caters the general public.
