Architectural & Interior Designer / Project Manager

- Provide the Project details and Project cost estimate to the team - Manage the manpower works distribution - Provide the project reports from beginning to end of the construction to support the progress billing of the project - Provide the documents to the client before the project acceptance

- Oversee the day-to-day operations in the design department. - Manage client expectations, delivering extremely creative and surprising results. - Lead the creative team in the right direction by managing and supporting them. - Provide the team with motivational and development feedback. - Mentoring, developing and coaching the team. - Confident presentation of ideas to clients. - Ensures the right resources are available and that the creative team is involved from the beginning of a project. - Attend and contribute during conference calls or face-to-face meetings with the client.

- Lead the project from A to Z - Confident presentation of ideas to client Lead the creative team in the right direction by managing and supporting them - Provide the Project details and Project cost estimate to the team - Oversee the day-to-day operations both design & project execution - Manage the manpower works distribution - Visit the site and inspect all the scope of works (ongoing & finished task) - Provide the project reports from beginning to end of the construction to support the progress billing of the project - Assist the team and other contractors on final set up of the site before the project turnover - Provide the documents to the client before the project acceptance

- Draft plans to create or refinish spaces. - Interact with different clients, contractors and inspector. - Attend and contribute during conference calls or face-to-face meetings with the client. - Enhance the function, safety, and aesthetics of interior spaces. - Select sample, color palettes, including flooring, carpet, and paint to be approved by client. - Work with vendors on the selection of pieces. - Submit drawings for approval by a construction inspector to ensure that the design meets building codes. - Draw floor plans and sketches

- Edit & enhance images using Adobe Photoshop - Create artistic presentations & layouts using Adobe Photoshop

- Provide 3d visuals & details - Provide3d Visual presentations - Detail drawings using sketch up software

- Create project cost estimate by using Microsoft excel - Create project progress billing by using Microsoft excel - Create project schedule using by Microsoft excel

- Create project report, letters and other request through Microsoft word
