Profile Description

I have a almost 5 years experience in a travel agency where my job is issuing airline tickets. we are using Amadeus program and Abacus program in making our passenger's flyt bookings. As a travel attendant we usually give support and information regarding their destination place. We also encounter foreign passenger where we were obligue to use our english skill to communicate with them. We also submitting our reports every week end. we are using MS Excel upon entering datas and figures of our weekly sales. When debit and cred memos were sent to us we are using MS Word to be able to support our reasons regarding memos that have already paid.
