Profile Description

               I had experienced working in a BPO Industry here in Cebu, Philippines for over a year as a Customer Service Representative/ Technical Support in a Tier 3 position. I am a fast learner, good in making calls, knowleadgable with the said field,  reliable, energetic, ambitious person and could easily adapt with the work environment. Im receiving inbound calls and also doing outbound calls. I'm now in the highest position as an agent which is Tier3 (escalation department) which I'll be working the escalation cases/tickets . I was part before in Supervisor Group Department which I am taking supervisory call if ever the customer requested to speak with a supervisor.  I'm assisting customer within United States, helping them with regards with the technical problem of their phone and doing troubleshooting steps in order to resolved the issue in a real time. I have my problem solving skills, analytical thinking skills and call handling skills that would that would make me a great candidate for this position
