My first job was a web hosting company which is 1and1. I worked for that company for 3 years and 3 months as a ATSR. We handle inbound calls, and email. My second job was with Convergys, a outsourcing company and I was assign in Comcast account which is a ISP provider in USA. I was a chat support agent in this account.
Also I started working home base 5 years ago and I worked for four companies already. I was a Technical support rep, Virtual Assistant, Data Encoder and a Quality Assurance. I've been doing technical support, customer service and data entry of these companies. I am tech savvy person and willing to learn new things.
