I am good in speaking and writing in English. I had a training as a call center agent at Capitol University. I had a diploma that says I am competent to be a call center agent. Because here in the Philippines once you are a call center agent or if you had a background on it, it means that you are good in English; speaking and writing. Its because most of the major companies that hires call center agents are from the United States of the America, Europe, Australia and other foreign countries, that is why you really need to pass the English Proficiency Exam before you get hired.
And also I had a background as a Medical Transcriptionist, because I
had join a training about it, although I wasn't able to finish the training but i know the basics. I am also good at online research. If you want to look for a good schools for your children who's going to college, or a nice place that you want to go on vacation with your family, I can research it for you.
