I have worked in a callcenter here in leyte for almost a year and with that I have learned how to deal with foreigners, especialy people in the US. Also, another advantage about that is i have become accustomed to their time which means that i could keep up with graveyard shifts. Customer service had been the greatest asset that i have learned
fropm my previous job. a continuous learning process of how
to improve service and enhancing my engllish skills.
