I am looking for a job that would help me continue to reach my potentials and help me as a working mom to work at home I’ve been working as a Virtual Assistant in accounting for over five years. Most of my experience has been focused on inventory reconciliation, particularly handling refunds Usually, we are working on our refund reconciliation using Airtable/ Google Sheets. Basically, we are pulling out datas from Skybox (Inventories), Credit cards transactions. Make sure we are receiving the correct amount of all transactions eligible for refund. | That role has helped me develop strong attention to detail, as well as the ability to perform accurate and efficient reconciliations.Whenever I identify any discrepancies, I make quick decisions or take initiative whenever needed to address or solve issues/ ---------- addition to refund reconciliation, I’ve also worked on purchase Inventory reconciliation, Similar process as to in refunds. Making sure that we really receive the actual tickets that being charge in credit cards. Taking immediate actions for discrepancies, dispute those need to dispute.And also, I have also been in accounts receivable aging, maintaining each customer’s account. Following up on due collections and escalating overdue accounts.I am also the type of person who is diligent and always willing to learn new things. With every job that I had, I see to it that I really do the very best that I can. And I hope I can be able to have the chance to help your company with the skills that I have.
