Profile Description

I am a registered nurse, but somehow being a Nurse in our country can be quite difficult. I didn't venture into writing not because I have no other options, but because it's my passion.

Currently, I am working in a government agency as a Project Development Officer. I am involved in Communications - appearing in radio shows and televisions to advocate for the program. I also draft memorandums, letters and grievances and do managing of the program's data in accordance with the existing laws of our country.

I had an experience as a Company Nurse at the same time HR Personnel at a hotel-resort here in Davao City, Philippines. My responsibilities include providing first-aid treatments to injured and/or sick guests and employees or refer them to the physician if I deem it necessary. As an HR Personnel, I did payroll and timekeeping, perform evaluation of employees, implement rules and regulates, handle grievances and more. I resigned from this job last April.

With writing, I have been recognized and awarded by many organizations and/or school activities for essay writing contests. Currently, I am pursuing my passion in writing. I've been employed as a writer by bloggers and website owners to write for them. I also have my own blog that is related to health.
