I've been working with BPO companies since 2004. I first started working as an outbound sales associate for a SVI Connect. This company deals with clients like Verizon and Pitney Bowes,
where we they have us do cold calls for them to new and existing customers. Calls were mostly sales oriented but we also handle customer service and provide technical assistance.
After 3 years, I moved to Convergys, providing inbound customer service and technical assistance to Sprint and then Direct TV customers.
Currently I am working in the Debt Recoveries-Administration Team in one of the world's largest banks. I work from 3pm to 12 midnight Manila time.
