I currently work as a reports analyst for a big call center in makati, I generate reports for my program, daily weekly and monthly reports that is vital to our smooth operations. I am also in charge in arranging the schedule of our Director. In my current position, one needs to be excel savvy or else, the job can eat a person alive.
I am good with pivot and know how to use functions in excel, i can also create macros to make my job easier.
I've been a call center agent for 5 years before i was promoted.
