• Order materials and services as per negotiated. Review quotations.
• Prepare purchase requisitions; issues purchase orders in accordance with company policy and negotiated terms and conditions.
• Maintain complete updated purchasing records/data and pricing in the system.
• Monitor and co-ordinate deliveries of items between suppliers to ensure that all items are delivered to site on time.
• Source, select and negotiate for the best purchase package in terms of quality, price, terms, deliveries and services with suppliers.
• Acts as office receptionists; general reception duties such as greetings, directing and assisting visitors;
• Answers and directs incoming phone calls; Entertains customer inquiries
• Performing routine checks of accounting systems of the company and software.

• Adding, removing, or updating user account information, resetting passwords, etc.
