Profile Description

The last job experience I had was being a call center agent. I handled sales for catalog accounts such as Carol Wright Gifts, Dr. Leonard Healthcare Products, Amerimark, and Dream Products. I handled sales and customer service for Purchasing Power and 1-800 Flowers. By being a sales agent, we had to have a thorough knowledge about the products being offered by the company inorder to guide the buyers or customers who may just inquire about the products or who are willing to buy the products after a better description of the product. For customer service, we normally handled delivery issues such as shipping problems, delivery dates and causes for undelivered items. With Purchasing Power and 1-800 Flowers, we had to learn how to navigate the system so we could assist the customers in choosing the best product that fits into their budgets. Also, we had to deal with credit cards input of data and validation for systems that were provided with the companies that had access to that kind of system.
