Beyond my BPO background, my profession as a Journalist has honed my writing, editing, research, and communication skills. I have been passionate about writing for over 20 years, beginning as a contributor to my high school and college publications and later writing for SunStar Daily, a local media outlet in Cebu, Philippines. This experience has strengthened my analytical and creative thinking abilities, which I believe are invaluable in any professional setting, particularly in customer communication and business correspondence.
