I am good in basic troubleshooting and have experienced using WindowsXP, Windows Vista, and Windows7 OS. I can easily learn new programs and i am knowledgeable in using Skype, Yahoo Messenger and as well as Windows live. I have used different social networking sites such as Facebook, Friendster and Myspace. I was able to set up my own computer by figuring things out by myself with the aid of the instruction manual as well as reformatting it monthly when i need to. I am a tech-savvy person who is good in providing helpful instructions to users for certain types of programs that I am familiar with. I have no experience to account for my proficiency in English but i have used Skype for calling/conversing with people that i know most, of them are from English speaking countries. My typing speed would be around 55 to 60 WPM.
