I've been working as a virtual assistant in a Real Estate field for quite some time now. Proficient with Google Docs, Dropbox, CRM, and all other admin tasks. I always love to learn new things and as a VA for 3 years, I've been a self-starter, focused and driven to grow. I see myself as a tech-savvy and a fast learner, I am very keen to details and I love being that way.
Part of it is also Marketing Management, creating layouts for Flyers, postcards, and Newsletters. Posting Ads on social websites, Craigslist, and Kijiji. Most afterward if there are clients interested in buying and wants to take a look on a property, I would also help you set up the appointment and stay in touch with all the people involved on a transaction. I am very resourceful and vocal to my clarifications to do the tasks correctly rather than sorry.
I also have experience with Cold Calling, Pre-qualifying homeowners, Transaction Coordination, doing follow up with Clients and Vendors. CRM management (liondesk, TopProducer, Wiseagent) organizing contacts, data entry, setting up drip campaigns and sending monthly mailers
