Obviously I am computer literate.
If there's anything that I don't know, I research before I ask.
I am in the habit of working on my own though I also love working with people/a team.
I have vast know-how on credit card basics like reconciliation, checking balances, setting up disputes on charges, etc…I also know how to read fare rules but I still need to master the skill.
Empathizing is my greatest asset as I know that sounding sincere to a person on the other line is a must for my job.
