I am knowledgeable about troubleshooting computer systems, that includes computers, routers, modems.I have been working to troubleshoot a VOIP(Voice Over Internet Protocol) phones. We make sure that we don't just fix their issues, we should make them an extremely satisfied customers.I value customer service more than anything else.
