Ever since, I have been exposed of giving excellent customer service. When I was still in college, I used to work as a part-time service crew at Greenwhich. When I graduated, I was hired as salesman of furnishing items. I was able to hone my selling skills. Eventually, I was exposed into BPO industries. I worked with Sitel Philippines as a delivery specialist (SEARS Account) - and i was trained in providing customer’s satisfaction by, effectively responding to their issues and concerns. And good thing, I consistently demonstrated accuracy by meeting and exceeding quality standards.I'm proud to say, that i became a Point of Contact (POC) that takes responsibilities of a supervisor when he/she is out.
And I was hired as Customer Service Representative of a NISSAN Account under Aditya Birla Minacs.- as my second bpo industry that i was affiliated with.
I was trained on multi-tasking. While taking phone calls,I am documenting of what have been talked about. So, I was able to hone my typing and encoding skills.
