Profile Description

I have years of experience working as an Appointment Setter, Customer Service Representative, English Tutor, Lead Generator and Virtual Assistant. I am confident that I can do any job requiring exceptional communication skills.My years of service in both Government and private sector helped me develop good leadership and outstanding interpersonal skills. Having worked in BPOs and with foreign clients, I learned to multi-task and managed to work in shifting schedules. Dealing with clients from all over the world also boosted my ability to communicate using the English language. In addition, my days in school and training equipped me with knowledge in using MSWord, Excel, Movie Maker and little about programming.
