I have been working as Customer Service Representative for the past four years. I have a work experienced in outbound sales with my previous employer. My previous job enable me to deliver world class customer service and build customer satisfaction and loyalty;complete ongoing training to stay abreast of product, service and policy changes; exercise strong interpersonal communication skills with customers.
I have a strong English Communication Skills. I also have skills in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint as it was part of the training i had with my previous employer.
I am certain that this type of job is definitely what i am looking for since I am a mother to my 6-year old kid. I would be able to work at home and at the same time look after my son. I am looking to have fulfillment in my career as a working mother and the same time help build your business.
