I've been a call center agent before, i was able to communicate with British people as our client, and we communicate using English language.
Aside from helping them in their technical issues (internet related problems), as an agent, I need to write down all the conversation process and the technical procedures we asked the client to do, so that if another problem occur, the other agent who will take the call, will just read notes of task being done, and they will continue with the needed technical jobs
