I am ACTIVELY looking for a remote job.
I work in the IT FIELD since 2017, some of the companies I worked with were from the BPO, Software Company, and Banking Industry where I had the chance to handle the responsibility as a Jr. IT Specialist, Customer Support, Technical Support,  Sr. Technical Specialist, and Systems Administrator.
I have experienced working in a multinational company where I provided technical support assistance to local and international co-workers. I can work with less supervision and knows how to use the internet efficiently.
I have a strong background in technical support and can do level 1 network support. I can do troubleshooting and/or support via remote, phone call, email, or physical. I can build or customize PC depending on use cases, and can overhaul laptops. I am proficient in Windows, knowledgeable in Linux and Mac OS.
