I have been an IT staff for 3 years. I make reports for clients and provide monthly forecast of parts to our team leader. I also manage 3 technicians by ITIL standards like incident management, change management, and release management. I also gain 1 year experience as accounting staff for a bottling company which involves route settlement analysis and data encoding. Lastly, I do have minimum sales background and a 4 months experience as a technical support representative for an international account.
