Profile Description

Over the past 7 years, I have worked with Local and International Construction firms – specifically in Project Management and Cost Controlling (Quantity Surveying). Currently, my client are some of the major projects in Singapore, Australia and in UK.
Prior experience is mainly on Commercial, Residential, Hotel, Retail, Podium, Conservation Blocks and MRT Interfaces. Working with 2 Mixed-Development projects mainly Pre-Contract to Post-Contract: Procurement & Buying, Project Management & Delivery, Cash Flow Forecasting, Contractual Assessment, Dispute Resolution and Claims Assessment.
I am highly organised and detail-oriented; as this are what my profession entails: demand in high accuracy, some admin duties like answering phone calls, chats and emails are some of the things as well. Let‘s discuss business and let  me know if I am a good fit for your project.
