Profile Description

> Execute fixed-asset related transactions and closing activities including but not limited to depreciation run, clearing of technical account and GL-SL reconciliation.
> Perform balance sheet reconciliation and bank reconciliation
> Maintains the integrity of the general ledger including the preparation, verification, and input of journal entries. Prepares analysis of accounts as requested.
> Assists with month-end and year-end closings, and annual financial statement audits.
> Performs other duties as needed or assigned by the company.
> Ensuring accuracy of accruals and prepayments including regular direct contact with cost center and purchase order managers across the business.
> Designing, implementing, and executing internal controls over financial reporting.
> Provide financial and accounting information in a timely manner to support theCompany’s ongoing regulatory activities.
> Provide support for regulatory reviews and audits.
> Prepare and file monthly sales tax.
