Profile Description

I am a hardworking, adaptable and articulate site/construction manager that can efficiently use resources well, can work with people, can decide and solve problem, can strategically plan and set goals for the organization and willing to build and maintain long lasting relationship with customers. I have strong ambition, great potential, and an attitude of gratitude and of “never say surrender”. Able to work well with others and lead a team, and not afraid to challenge the status quo where appropriate and drive the decision making process.
Also, I am proficient in project initiation & planning which performs scope of work assessment, team assignment, work pack/job card creation, project plan, schedule and cost baseline. In lined with project execution that performs site mobilization, look ahead plan & resource allocation, prepare and submit PR to PO process, progress reporting. And lastly, project closure that performs completion and acceptability of all deliverables, turn-over to OWNER, secure formal acceptance of the project, closing all procurements and contracts and performing financial and administrative closure. Also, assists in the preparation of Basic and Detailed Engineering and Design which is essentially constitutes a Front End Engineering and Design (FEED) which defines the minimum requirement of the OWNER done by the consultant. With solid experience in Computer-Aided Design and Primavera Scheduling Software.
