Profile Description

I can do data encoding, I have knowledge about MSExcel, MSWord and Powepoint because I took up Computer Programming when I was in College. I have customer service experience since I have been into BPO companies for 13 years. I did handle billing concerns and technical support for fixed line, mobile and internet connection of the customer and it enhanced my capability in dealing with customers . I give all my best in making it sure that I meet the client's standard. I have worked as a medical coder for 3 years with US Healthcare account. We bill and make invoices and send it to the insurance to get paid.
