Profile Description

Setting an appointment for a medicare campaign is my recent work experience and doing it for 5 years now. And getting 30 appointments per week. Reaching goals every week, sometimes exceeding.

Providing excellent service and closing sales are my specialty. And also I was a customer service representative for 4 years in the BPO. Being a customer service representative is the most important experience that I have because I got the chance to understand the frustration of the people you serve. Sales are my second favorite in my job because of helping out people and having an extensive understanding. I can work under less supervision and also open to new knowledge that should be transferred. I can work 8 hours a day and also available in any way the company might need me. I'm also flexible in doing CSR, TRS, and sales.
