I have worked on 2 call center (both out-sourced) companies here in the Philippines. My first call center experience was with Parlance under DISH account as a Customer Service Representative for 3 months. And i also worked as
Global Reservations Agent for Intercontinental Hotels Group for 3 years. I have done quite several newsletter articles. I use that to update my friends and ministry partners about PRASIA ministries. Having my own computer and internet is an advantage for people like me who likes to google almost everything that I find interesting. I know MS Word, I'm a beginner iin Final Cut and I know photoshop very well. I am work oriented and and can figure things out myself wnhenever possible.
