Profile Description

I worked in BPO for about 10 years as an Outbound Sales agent and Customer Service Rep. I handled different accounts for different clients - US, UK, CA, and AU. I d ---------- to leave the last company a month after giving birth and that's when I started my freelance journey. I have worked with different clients for project-based jobs in the last 3 years but the longest so far is working for an e-commerce brand as a Customer Service Rep.
I also own a small online business where I sell made-to-order bedsheets, pillowcases, flat sheets, curtains, etc. I manage my own social media accounts such as FB and IG. I mainly sell via FB and Shopee - one of the largest e-commerce markets here in the Philippines.
