I love to work in a company that challenges my skills. I am a self-starter and innovator. I have worn several hats in different occasions but most comfortable on developing a small company (startups) or help a CEO to develop its full potential to make the business grow and profitable.

I have more than 5 solid years in Staffing and Recruitment Industry from being a Talent Researcher to Recruiter doing full cycle recruitment for various positions focused on technical roles, trade, sales and marketing, construction and healthcare. Sourcing leads mainly from USA and Australia. I have international sourcing experience, sourcing leads across Middle East, Europe and South Africa.

I have a good experience as an Executive Assistant supporting CEOs manage and organize their calendars, travels, meetings, blogs, presentations and all-around office administration. I also have Sales and Marketing background doing inside sales, email marketing, SEO, SMM and market research.

Now, also working with endorsing Real Estate Properties and Brokerage in Cebu, Philippines.
