Profile Description

I have a good background in the Customer Service and Communications industry. I am also equipped with a good educational background, obtaining my Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Communication from the University of the Philippines in the Visayas, which is one the Philippines' premier State universities. I also have good oral and written communication skills. I am currently employed as a preschool teacher at Iloilo Integrated School. Prior to my teaching stint, I have also worked with Sykes Asia, Inc., a multi-national company, which offers offshore Customer Service for big companies worldwide for five years. I rose from the ranks and resigned as a Team Manager coaching, training and handling 13-16 Customer Service representatives while at the same time planning, coordinating, and directing the support service delivery of the department wherein I was a part of. These being said, I believe I will be an asset to your company if given the chance to work with you.
