Profile Description

I've work with several employers online through odesk, and most of the jobs are data entry.
With the time I spent working with them, I was able to learn about Wordpress, simple linkbuilder through their own software, managing their website by updating the product information, adding articles to various websites and inserting hyperlinks into the articles. It also includes web researching. I also have a working experience in a call center (BPO).
My main job is to provide assistance to customer in their internet connectivity, a combination of customer service and technical support. I am motivated and willing to learn new things. I'm looking for a long term job and it would be an honour for me to help and be part of your company.
