I am an experienced Customer service representative and telemarketer who is expert in call handling both inbound and outbound calls and also in gathering leads, bookings and setting-up appointment. Expert Article Writer and writes News, Scripts for Documentaries, short films, commercials and can work with deadline. Skilled article writer who is expert in web, write emails and campaigns, writes technical articles and press releases. Good communication in oral and especially in written form. Computer literate (MS word/Excel, Power Point, above knowledge in Internet). I have great interest in virtual assistant, call handling, telemarketing and article writing. I will appreciate the trainings that I need to undergo in order for me to enhance my skills. I am committed to my job and willing to work with less supervision.
