I am able to work on program softwares such as MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Notepad and internet browsers since these are the tools I use for projects, research and presentations be it in school or other activities. I am pretty oriented regarding computer hardware and software. I know how they work since I troubleshoot my own computer by changing the hardware parts and did some reformats and lectures were attended for 1 month about computers as a part of my training as a Technical Service Representative.
I have been invited to become an emcee/host in several occasions like weddings, birthdays, forums and certain programs and events with local and American guests. I also get to guide a tour of some international personalities from Japan, Australia and America. I was able to work with an American Medical Team, for a Medical Mission, who get to come in our place yearly.
I was able to work in a Business Process Outsource (Call Center) as a Technical Service Representative for 2 months and became certified wherein the certification exam was conducted by an Australian through Skype. I was assessed as a representative by taking a call of the assessor, who portrayed the role of a customer.
My typing speed is around 85-91 WPM using computer websites and applications on typing.
